By enrolling in any program at Heera Basketball Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Enrollment & Fees
- All fees are to be paid 100% upfront every month before the start of the program.
- There is no refund or cancellation policy. Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
Code of Conduct & Guidelines
- Respect coaches, staff, and fellow players at all times.
- Arrive on time for all sessions and matches.
- Wear appropriate sports attire and bring necessary equipment.
- No foul language, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated.
- Follow all instructions given by coaches and staff.
- Maintain discipline on and off the court.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent and used only during breaks.
- Parents/guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions.
- No food or drinks (except water) allowed on the court.
- Respect academy property and facilities.
- Report any injuries or issues to the coach immediately.
- Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions unless excused.
- Fees must be paid in full and on time as per the academy's policy.
- The academy is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
- All participants and parents must adhere to the academy's code of conduct.
Liability
- The academy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during participation.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information.
- The academy is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Changes to Terms
The academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email.
