Cancellation and Refund Policy

Heera Basketball Academy charges 100% upfront fees for all monthly programs and sessions. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full monthly fee in advance.

No Refunds

All payments made to Heera Basketball Academy are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to absence, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the program.

No Cancellations

There is no cancellation policy. Once you have enrolled and paid the fees for a month, you are committed for that period. No cancellations or partial refunds will be entertained.
